The Board of Directors is composed of the President, the First Vice President and Second Vice President, the General Secretary, the Special Secretary, the Treasurer and three (3) Members. The President of the previous Board of Directors may participate in the meetings of the Board of Directors, the Chairmen of the Three-Member Committees of the Scientific and Geographical Departments of the Society, the Chairman of the Education Committee and the Chairman of the Research/Scholarships Committee, without the right to vote. The President or the Secretary General of EPEGE may also attend, upon invitation.

The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is three years.
