SUMMARY:ENDO 2024 | 4th World Congress of GI Endoscopy
DESCRIPTION:We're excited to announce that ENDO 2024\, the 4th World Congress of GI Endoscopy\, and IDEN 2024 will be held together in Seoul\, Korea\, making it a global congress beyond Asia. In collaboration with the Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (KSGE)\, we invite young endoscopists worldwide to apply for the International Young Endoscopist 2024 Program from June 24 to July 6\, 2024. \nThe IYEA program is intended to promote technical advancement and collaboration among young endoscopists. This program has been held annually since 2014\, with 358 young international endoscopists from 37 countries having participated so far. The program enables them to acquire and develop new advanced knowledge and technical skills in GI endoscopy by clinical training at Korean high-volume centers\, which in turn improve patient care in the applicant’s home. This year\, with the convergence of ENDO 2024 and IDEN 2024\, we anticipate a truly global gathering. \nThe IDEN committee will offer financial support of USD 1\,500 for participants\, intended to cover travel expenses and incidental costs. In addition\, they will be invited to take part in the ‘Young Endoscopist Forum’. \nThe application deadline for IYEA 2024 is February 28\, 2024.
